"Pretty handy once I got it set up"
I grabbed this for my car and overall it’s been doing the job. The magnet feels solid, and with my slimmer case on, my phone stays put without any issues while I’m driving around. Setup was simple enough too. I did have to mess with it a little at first, though, because my thicker phone case wouldn’t work with it, so I ended up swapping to a thinner one. Not a huge deal for me, but worth keeping in mind.

"Kept my phone dry, even in the rain"
I got stuck outside in the rain and felt kind of trapped waiting it out, but this did its job. My phone stayed completely dry and no water got in, so I’m happy with it...

"Comfy once I got moving"
I used it on a bike ride and it stayed comfortable the whole time. I only had to adjust it once, and after that I didn’t really think about it again, which is exactly what I want when I’m out riding.

"Way stronger than I thought"
I’ve been using this on my bike, the magnet is a lot stronger than I expected. At first I was kind of nervous, especially hitting bumps, but then my phone just stayed put like it was nothing. I was relieved, then a little impressed. I still catch myself checking it now and then because I don’t fully trust anything holding my phone yet, but so far it’s been totally fine

I’ve used it on a few rides now, and my phone hasn’t shifted around at all. Even when the road got bumpy, it still felt solid. That was my biggest worry going in, but it made it easy to trust it

"Quick help when I felt a bit pressured"
I had a small issue with my order and messaged them while I was feeling a little pressured to get it sorted quickly. I didn’t expect much, but they replied the same day, asked a couple of straightforward questions, and didn’t make the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.
The issue got fixed fast, and the person replying actually sounded like a real person instead of sending canned responses. I appreciated how easy they made it, especially when I was already a bit rushed. I’d definitely use them again.

I had an issue with my mount after a few months, so I reached out to them. Their reply were quick, and they handled the warranty without turning it into a big hassle. The return steps was clear too, which made the whole thing less annoying. Overall, I’m happy with how they dealt with it

"Still holding up really well after months of use"
I’ve been using my Shapeheart mount for a few months now, it’s been one of those things I just don’t have to think about, which is exactly what I wanted. It still feels solid, nothing has started wobbling or coming loose, and the whole thing gives off a really sturdy, well-made feel. I use it pretty much every day, and it’s handled regular use without any fuss at all. So far, I’m really happy with the build quality and how well it’s lasted

I ordered from Shape Heart and, i was kind of expecting some sort of problem because that’s usually how these things go for me. But the shipping was actually faster than I thought it would be, and I got tracking updates along the way. The package showed up in good condition, nothing missing, nothing damaged, which was a relief. Straightforward order overall, for once. I’d order again if I ever need another mount.

I got the Shapeheart phone holder mainly because I wanted something affordable that wouldn’t mess around while I’m riding. I’m not really focused on all the extra details, but the main things I notice are that the magnet feels strong, it’s easy to use, and my phone stays put. Been using it for a bit now and haven’t had any issues, so for the price, I’m happy with it.

"Looks nice, feels a little cheaper than expected"
It has a clean, modern look and it’s not overly bulky or anything. I’d say it looks close to the photos at first glance, but in person the finish feels a bit cheaper in a few spots than I was expecting. Overall, it’s still fine and looks decent, just not quite as nice in hand as I hoped
